Both are session cookies. Neither persists after you close your browser, and neither is used to identify you as an individual or to track you across other websites.

Separately from cookies, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs, which record IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. These are used for security and platform performance only. No individual profiling is carried out from this data. Server logs are covered in more detail in our Privacy Policy.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and every major browser lets you do so. Be aware that blocking the two cookies above will prevent forms on this site from submitting, because the security token cannot be set. Nothing else on the site depends on them.
